Kimora Lee Simmons is eagerly awaiting the birth of her fourth child, and the fashion designer soaked up the sun in beautiful St. Barths. The baby is said to be due in April with Kimora's third husband, Tim Leissner, whom she got married to in February this year.
Kimora Lee Simmons is currently on a family vacation in St Barths with her first husband Russel Simmons, she still bears his name, and they have two children together. Her third child is with second husband Djimon Hounssou. See another picture below...
