Beautiful Plus-Size Tess Holliday In Vogue Campaign After Being Discovered On Instagram

Tess Holliday was bullied since her childhood because of her size. As she grew older and expressed interest in modelling as a career, she was told that she was too short and too fat but she persisited and now her consistency and hardwork has paid off. Tess landed a modeling contract and is the face of a new lingerie print campaign in Vogue magazine.

After Tess began posting professional images of herself on Instagram, she was discovered and signed to MiLK Model Management. She's the first plus-size model of her size and height to be signed to a modeling agency.

Tess Holliday has a nine-year-old son, a husband, she works out with a trainer, and is now getting a steady stream of work. The mother of one, who stands at 5 feet 5 inches, a size 22 and weighs 260, is the largest professional plus-size model in the business. In her words:

"I feel like it's breaking ground, this  is a milestone. I never could have imagined that I could be here. It took a really long time to get over things that had happened to me during the vital years of my life."

Tess says she continues to try to overcome years of bulling as a teenager during her small town upbringing in Laurel, and the abuse she suffered even into her adult life and career.

The best way to overcome bullies is to put your mind to your dreams and succeed beyond the wildest imagination of your haters. Congrats to Tess!
