James Caan, now 74, is well known for his role in Godfather, but over the last few years he has become even better known for filing divorce against his wife of 18 years.
This is the third time in 10 years that the actor has filed court papers to divorce Linda Caan, with whom he has 2 sons. The first time was in 2005 and again in 2009. Each time the case was dismissed. Maybe he'll be lucky this time?
Here's how TMZ broke the news;
James Caan has filed for divorce from his wife Linda and if you think you've heard that before, it's because you have ... it's the THIRD time!
Caan filed papers on January 8 to divorce from wife Linda after 18 years of marriage. The couple have two sons together -- James, 19, and Jacob, 16. Caan is asking for joint custody of Jacob.
We're told there is NOT a prenup.
The marriage with Linda Caan is the actor's fourth. he was married and divorced three times before the two got together.
James Caan is not regular on social media and has not been in any major movie or TV show for several years now. But he was in ABC's Back In The Game in 2013 when he tweeted that he needed the money. The show was cut before the end of the season.
