Outgoing President Goodluck Jonathan was photographed hand in hand with his incoming replacement as the two toured Aso Rock earlier today. The president also officially handed over the comprehensive report of his administration to President-elect Buhari at the State House in Abuja today, May 28th after the facility tour of Aso Villa. Outgoing ministers were present at the ceremony. More photos after the cut.
