Child sex abuse victims can be both boys and girls; there is no determining factor for the preference of some abusers. "19 Kids and Counting" star, Josh Duggar has confessed and issued an apology after reports that he molested underage girls when he was a teenager. Josh Duggar, pictured above with his young family is now 27, isand says the incident happened 12 years ago.

Josh Duggar, the eldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, did not directly address the allegations, but said in a statement that he felt remorse for what he called "wrongdoing." In Touch had earlier today published a document it said it obtained from Arkansas' Springdale Police Department alleging multiple instances in which Duggar molested underage girls. Charges were never filed against Josh Duggar.

Heidi Montag's Father Charged With Incest for Sexually Abusing Alleged Teen Family Member

The father of former “Hills” star Heidi Montag was arrested Thursday night on allegations of committing incest and sexually abusing a then-13-year-old girl, according to Colorado police.

Bill Montag was arrested in Aspen and charged with three counts of sexual assault on a child and aggravated incest, police said in a statement.

Prince Andrew Named In Underage Sex Abuse Lawsuit, Denies Allegations

Prince Andrew, the Duke of York and younger son of the Queen of England has been named in an underage sex abuse lawsuit. Filed in Florida, the suit involves an unnamed woman who accuses the prince of having sexual relations with her when she was an underage sex slave.

The allegation comes in a lawsuit over which multi-millionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein was convicted of soliciting sex with an underage sex slave. The court document states that other men were also involved in the underage sex slave ring run by Epstein.

“One such powerful individual Epstein forced (the woman) to have sexual relations with was a member of the British royal family, Prince Andrew (aka Duke of York).” 

Stephen Collins Admits Sexual Abuse of Underage Girls - 'I Did Something Terribly Wrong'

Actor Stephen Collins is mostly known for his long-running role as a righteous dad and pastor on TV show 7th Heaven, and so it was a shock to many of his fans when reports of sexual misconduct with young girls cropped up about him.

Stephen Collins has now confessed to the sexual abuse in an essay for People magazine, saying he inappropriately touched one girl and exposed himself to two others between 1973 and 1994, and that his actions were 'inexcusable' and have 'haunted' him ever since. He writes;

An paraplegic American man accused of sexually abusing Kenyan children and circulating the images online has been jailed for 50 years in Kenya, AP reports.

Terry Ray Krieger, 59, had earlier been arrested and charged with sexual abuse of minors and circulating child pornography between May 2013 and October 2014. He fled to Germany before he was arrested and brought back to face the law.

Abuja Man Arrested For Raping And Impregnating 13 Year-Old Stepdaughter

13 -year-old Blessing Chia has alleged that she is not only a victim of regular beating by her step father, Mr Benjamin Richard, 35, but she claims he has also serially raped her and is responsible for her pregnacy. The allegations are now being investigated by police.

Blessing’s mother, Mrs Grace Richard, 30, said her daughter reported to her that the stepfather raped her but her husband denied it when she confronted him. Grace said she was not, in the real sense of it, married to the father of Blessing whom she had at the age of 17 before the father died in a motor accident last year.

Blessing’s mother said she and her current husband have been together for four years during which she had a boy child for him. The boy, she said, lives with her mother-in-law. She confirmed that it was during the period she traveled to her home state (Benue) and left her daughter in the care of her stepfather that he first allegedly raped her.

Catholic School Teacher Fired For Having Sex With Teen Student May Be Pregnant For Him

Mary Gillies was fired earlier this week from her math teaching job at a Catholic school after she was arrested for having sex with one of her students, a minor. And it seems she's also carrying a baby for the 17-year-old boy.

According to the charges, the former teacher at Pacelli High School in Minnesota and her student began having sex back in February. They stopped during the school summer break and then started again in September, possibly not using condoms on one of the occassions.

52-year-old Vincent Phillips was set on fire by his wife while he was sleeping for allegedly molesting the couple's 7-year-old-daughter. Luckily, he was able to drag himself into a convenience store where he asked people to call police.

Both Mr. Phillips and his wife, 40- year-old Tatanysha Hedman, of Washington State were arrested.

Tatanysha told police that she set her husband on fire because he sexually assaulted his 7-year-old stepdaughter.

Pope Francis Asks Forgiveness For The Sins of Child Sexual Abuse in the Church - Full Text

Pope Francis today celebrated a strictly private mass with six adults – German, Irish and British – who were sexually abused by priests as children and he apologized to them and to all who faced the same abuse.

The homily he said at the mass was the first complete text dedicated by any Pope to "the crime and grave sin" of child sexual abuse that had rocked the Roman Catholic Church and its clerics.

The Pope also apologised for the sins of omission on the part of Church leaders. At the end of the mass, Francis spent over three hours with the victims, holding a series of private interviews with each one individually.

Child Bride Who Killed Her Husband Charged With Culpable Homicide Punishable By Death

In a suit slated for hearing on August 4 at Kano State High Court, the Kano State Government has charged 14-year-old bride, Wasila Tasiu who alledgely killed her husband and three other persons in their home with culpable homicide punishable by death.

Back in April, Wasila, who had been forcefully married to her now dead husband, poisened him and the three other people that died also ate from the food she prepared when they came visiting the couple. After her arrest, she admitted her guilt and said she felt the only way she could be free was to poison him.

With her plea for mercy, admission of guilt, and apology to the family of those concerned, coupled with her age, I was hoping that Wasila would get a lesser charge that does not involve the death penalty.

Considering that her husband had practically been raping a minor for the period of their marriage, the prosecution should be more lenient. I'll be keeping an eye on the case. Hopefully the defense lawyers for Wasila are able to do a good job for her.
