As you grow older your body begins to change. Many people experience weight gain, are unable to sleep and begin to develop fine lines, sagging skin and age spots. The good news is that you don't have to accept this fate. While it is harder to maintain muscle tone and a move youthful appearance, it's not impossible. By making a few changes to your diet, exercising and using specialty creams, you can continue to love your reflection in the mirror.
