Halle Berry recently took her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry to court to reduce the amount of child support she has to pay to him for thejoint custody he has of their six-year-old daughter Nahla.

Now, the two are back in court again over what Halle thinks are racial tensions. Halle Berry took Aubry to court this week for trying to make Nahla look "white," and always straightening her hair.

Halle Berry spoke with Jimmy Fallon on “The Tonight Show” to promote her new TV series “Extant” which is produced by Steven Spielberg and premiered on CBS last night.

In addition to what to expect from the sci-fi production, Halle talked about being a working mother, and how she coped with being a mother for 9-month-old baby son Maceo while shooting the Extant series.

Halle admitted that she was barely home and her husband Olivier Martinez would usually bring the baby boy to her set on location.

And if I know that I'm helping one person every day in some way, that really makes me feel good, and that's a legacy that I can leave to my children. Especially now, being a pregnant woman and already having a child ... it's so important what happens to the baby while they're in utero. And the first 1,000 days is fundamental."
