This infographic details the many benefits of a healthy sex and provides interesting statistics around this topic.

For example,  did you know that in a typical sex session lasting 25 minutes, men will on average burn 100 calories and women will burn 69?

Update - Karis and MJ Got Married, Raised Enough Funds and After Surgery, MJ's Now Recovering!

We have good news! Who remembers the story of Karis Gouldbourne and her fiance MJ who needed heart surgery to survive beyond 30 years? Well, if you don't, read it here.

Karis left a comment on that post that MJ has had the surgery and is now on the mend. She wrote;

I'm happy to report that we eventually received enough donations and that MJ had his op about three weeks ago. He's now at home recovering, and should be back to normal within six months.

Also, the couple got married! Karis shared the news on their FB page saying, "after an almost seven-year-long relationship and a two-year-long engagement, MJ officially put a ring on it. Call me "Mrs Karis Jagne". In fact, call me "KJ"

Sherri Shepherd, Jenny McCarthy Leave 'The View' - Will The Show Be Cancelled?

Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy will be leaving The View, and with the show's co-creator Barbara Walters retired from hosting duties last month, some wonder if that's the end?

Shepherd said in a statement confirming her departure,

"It's been seven wonderful years on The View and after careful consideration it is time for me to move on. I am extremely grateful to Barbara Walters and (executive producer) Bill Geddie for giving me the opportunity. I look forward to the business opportunities that lay ahead for me and I am incredibly grateful to my View family and my fans for supporting me on this journey."

ABC confirmed McCarthy's departure saying: "The View will be moving in an exciting new direction next season and ABC has made decisions to evolve the show creatively."

Beyoncé has never hidden the fact that she considers Michael Jackson as one of her biggest inspirations. 

Even as the world marked the fifth anniversary of his death on the 25th June 2014, the late King of Pop continues to make music and top charts.

A Typical Traditional Marriage List In Igboland - True or False?

When I shared a bride price list last year here, I felt it was a bit on the moderate side since some of the items were like N200 and none cost more than N5,000. This is another Igbo traditional marriage list I just saw and the person that shared it said it was the typical list in all of Igboland.

I beg to disagree o, some of the exorbitiant quotes and included gifts brought tears to my eyes. I've never seen such a list before. I'm sure even the elders of the Brideprice app [here] haven't seen it before either.

Which part of Igboland does this list belong to? I think the ladies from that area need to boycott traditional weddings. Period! Unless all of them can find and marry billionaires like Dangote, of course.

Rick Ross Loses 100lbs in One Year, How Did He Achieve His Weight Loss?

Rick Ross recently unveiled a slimmer body in his pictures shared on social media and has now also opened up on the process of his weight loss. And no, it is not Weight Watchers.

The rapper said it was a combination of a slight diet plan and a CrossFit exercise routine, and that he has been able to lose 100 pounds over the last year. Rick Ross used to have seizures some years ago and this led Reebok, whose brand he represents to introduce him to a trainer to help him lose weight.

Rick Ross explained in an interview:

I do this sh-t called CrossFit. I call it RossFit. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, I call it ROSSFIT. Earlier this summer, Reebok had introduced me to a trainer, and what he turned me onto was — let’s say, for instance, if you got on the treadmill, and you did that sh-t for 30 minutes.

As a nurse, you are the one who is going to talk to patients about their status, give them their medicine and otherwise be there when a person needs someone to talk to. If someone is going through a battle with cancer or a child is going through an illness, you can be there to give hope to that person.

There have been stories where nurses will hold a spa day inside a patient's room or just spend extra time talking to that person even when their shift is over. Just knowing that someone cares can provide the hope that a person needs to keep going.

Pregnant Uche Ogbodo Separates From Her Fiance and Father of Her Baby

Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo has confirmed that she is split from her fiance and the father of her coming baby Ato Ubby.

The actress - who is heavily pregnant and currently in America to birth her baby and her ex footballer beau had a private engagement/introduction ceremony in October 2013 but their relationship broke down before their marriage could be finalized.

There were earlier speculations that the couple had split because Norway-based Ato Ubby was already married to a white woman with kids but Uche said that is not true. She said this in an interview with Stella Dimorkorkus

It does make one kinda speechless. Canadian rapper Drake shared a selfie of himself in the bathroom and with no shirt on. The thirst is real for some ladies right about now, lol.

Someone mentioned that the best thing they like about shirtless Drake is the lack of tattoos. Even our Peter PSquare has some. I don't mind tattoos myself, but give me a fit manly chest anytime, tattoos or nay.

Kim Kardashian Goes Blonde Again, Which Color Do You Prefer on Her?

Newly married Kim Kardashian West shared some pictures yesterday which made some think she had gone from brunette to blonde again. Kim also had blonde and ombre hair soon after she gave birth to her daughter North West [see here].

She shared the picture on her Instagram page and was also later photographed with her new hair in New York wearing an all black leather outfit.

Kim later cleared the air by stating that the hair was just a very real looking wig and she did not dye her hair. Some says she looks a bit like Ciara or Beyonce with the straight blond locks, do you agree?
