The husband of a mother of four who has the mind of a child has been banned from having sex with her by a High Court judge because she does not know she has the right to refuse.

The Bangladeshi man claims he has the right under his culture to have sex with her whenever he pleases and she has no right to refuse.

He has already taken his wife's cousin as a second "wife" and had two children with her, but still demands the right to have sex with the woman he married first.

Kris And Bruce Jenner's Divorce Finally Official - She Gets The House

Kris Jenner, momager to the Kardashians is now officially divorced from ex-husband Bruce Jenner. A judge in Los Angeles has signed the legal documents and the couple’s separation is now final after 22 years of marriage and two children.

The Jenners announced their separation in October 2013. Kris filed for divorce this September citing irreconcilable differences but listed the date of separation as early as June 1, 2013.

The couple had not signed a prenuptial agreement when they married, but Kris will keep the family home while the pair divides various bank account and other assets, according to the documents obtained by E! News. She will also pay him a one-off payment of $2.5 Million.
