Buhari's Response To 1999 Letter By Dora Akunyili Returning £12000 PTF Money Is Heartwarming
Back in 1998, Dora Akunyili was the South-east Zonal Secretary of the Petroleum Trust Fund [PTF], when she had to travel to the United States for health reasons. Since her death in June 2014, it has emerged that she went to the US back then to get a cancer treatment surgery.
A letter has just been released which Akunyili wrote in 1999 thanking Gen. Buhari who was then the PTF Chairman, and who had approved £17,100 for her medical treatment. In the letter, she also returns some part of the money which she did not use, and Buhari was jubilant about her honesty and personal integrity.

Sarah Palin got into a bit of hot water when she posted photos of her six year old son Trig, who has Down's Syndrome, stepping on the family dog to reach the kitchen sink. She had captioned the photos; "May 2015 see every stumbling block turned into a stepping stone on the path forward."
PETA took issue and criticized photos saying that Palin had "no apparent sympathy for the dog" and that the organization "along with everyone else, is used to the hard-hearted, seeming obliviousness of this bizarrely callous woman."
Now, the former Republican VP candidate has written a long post on her Facebook page defending her son and excoriating PETA for being hypocrites.

ESPN SportsCenter Anchor, Stuart Scott Dies After Long Battle With Cancer
ESPN's SportsCenter anchor Stuart Scott, known for his quirky catch phrases such as “Boo-ya” and “As cool as the other side of the pillow", which enthralled viewers for decades has died. Scott died today after a long battle with cancer which started in 2007.
Stuart Scott, 49, is survived by his two daughters, Taelor, 19, and Sydni, 15. ESPN president, John Skipper has made a touching statement about the death, and Scott's dedication to what he loved best, sports.

Female Japanese Tourist In India Kidnapped and Gang-raped By 5 Men For Three Weeks
A 23-year-old Japanese woman was allegedly kidnapped and gang raped by five men who subjected her to almost a month of sexual abuse in eastern India.
The woman, a student in Japan and visiting India for the first time, was lured to a house near a Buddhist shrine in Bihar state in November by a tour guide. There she says she was kept against her will and raped by five men.

'I Was Trying To Put Fear In Her' Says Woman Who Beat Up Ex's New GF & Wrote On Her Face
Cheyenne Fisher, the attacker in a shocking video posted online that showed her assaulting a 19-year-old girl, has spoken about the incident saying the victim stole her car and she was trying to get it back. She said she didn't really physically hurt her victim, "I was trying to put fear in her heart," the 21-year-old woman added.
Cheyenne Fisher was filmed beating up an Ohio teen in a vicous attack outside a mall. After the video was released online and then reported by the victim, police put out a warrant for her arrest.
The video of the Christmas Eve attack was uploaded to Facebook, showing a gang of six women assaulting Cheyanne Willis 19. The victim's hair was cut, her head was slammed against the hood of a car and she had 'I got my a-- whopped' written on her forehead in eyeliner.

London-born Jourdan Dunn announced yesterday that she is the cover star of the February 2015 cover of British Vogue. She wrote the caption below alongside a picture of the cover, on Instagram.

Married Mom-of-Two Forced to Publicly Breastfeed Her Lover After Cheating Scandal
As punishment for eloping with another man while married, an Indian woman living in the village of Wardha, Mudhya Predesh province, was beaten by a mob and tonsured - a religious practice of shaving someone's head to show shame or humility.
According to Police, she was also made to publicly breastfeed the man she was accused of cheating with by a local tribal council. Officers say the 24-year-old mother of two had been having an affair with a man in his early 20s named Kamlesh, and decided to elope with him to neighbouring Gujarat province days before the mob attack.
