Ms Unlikely By Remi Roy – Author Interview

Remi Roy is a writer and author who grew up in Lagos, Nigeria as the last of four children. She used to work as managing editor for a magazine and publishing firm, and has just finished her Master’s Degree in Emerging Media and Communications in a Texas university. Ms. Unlikely is her first book and I'm just as excited for her as she is.

I have known Remi for a few years now, first through Naijastories.com, and when I read the first chapters of her new book, it was amazing how much she's matured in her writing. Ms. Unlikely promises to be a lovely book and I can't wait to finish it. Till then, I asked Remi a few questions about it. Check out our exclusive chat below...

North Korea Threatens Action Against White House, Pentagon And US Mainland

North Korea has released a statement threatening attacks against the U.S. government and other citadels in America including the Pentagon. This is following the hack on SONY which led to the studio pulling The Interview movie which centers around the assasination of North Korean president, Kim Jung Un.

The North Korea government denies they are behind the SONY attack, but have made it obvious from the start that they are outraged by the film. They called the hacking a righteous deed even as they offered to work on a joint inquiry with the US authorities to fish out those behind it.

Kourtney Kardashian welcomed her 3rd child, and second son with partner Scott Disick last week and she's just revealed his names. She shared the picture above with the caption;

"Madly in love with my little Reign Aston Disick"

Anonymous Hackers Threaten to Release Iggy Azalea Sex Tape!

It's sad that hacking is becoming so commonplace these days. The SONY breach is still in the news, and now some anonymous hackers have begun threatening rapper Iggy Azalea that they would release her sex tape. These are the same hackers who had leaked private information during the Darren Wilson case and also hacked the official Twitter account of the KKK so their claims are not so far-fetched.

The Anonymous threat is a fall out from the social media fight between Iggy Azalea and Azealia Banks who had accused Iggy Azalea of not caring about ‘black issues’, and also not being deserving of a Grammy. Iggy responded calling Azealia Banks a Bigot [read here], who also retaliated as the online feud continued.

An anonymous woman has sent an email as an open letter to Tania Omotayo, WizKid's girlfriend in which she claims the Nigerian star is cheating. She says she and Wizkid love each other and he recently brought her to Lagos for a sex romp and Christmas goodies.

According to her email sent to BN, she and Wizkid have been seeing each other for a while and recently had ‘an adventurous night at Eko Hotel’. She mocks Tania Omotayo saying WizKid will never stop their sexual relationship and that Tania is deceiving herself.

Former NSync boy band member Lance Bass has made it official with his boyfriend of 3 years, Michael Turchin in a private wedding yesterday, Saturday Dec. 20, in front of friends and family at the Park Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.

Lance Bass and Michael Turchin met at a birthday in late 2011 and began dating soon after becoming close friends. They got engaged in September 2013 after Lance Bass asked his boyfriend's family for his hand in marriage. The Turchins are Jews but open-minded about homosexuality. They said yes, and their wedding yesterday incorporates aspects of the Jewish tradition.
