I personally think genetics plays a huge role - and then some hard work of course. But if it isn't in ur cards, dont fuss it.
You're right Neena. If one manages not to have so much weight gain due to good genes and exercise it makes it easier. I was among the lucky ones. I hardly added weight and the tummy went down after three months.
