When you get married, you have to learn the cultures of your new husband and the place/country/race he comes from. For her final outfit at their traditional wedding, [see pictures] Emmy Kosgei, new wife of Pastor Anselm Madubuko, wore a Nigerian Igbo blouse and wrapper and ties this wonderful Gele.
As a celebrity Gospel Singer in Kenya, Emmy was more well known for her regal off-the-shoulder and full length gowns, topped by trademark teenie fro in small locks. I have to say that this new Igbo married woman look makes her appear just as beautiful.
Emmy Kosgei joins her husband Anselm Madubuko this Sunday in church and we wish her a smooth settling into her new role as pastor's wife and a Nigerian.

ReplyDeleteIt is almost a yr since n I've noticed she kind of dresses the naija way on special occasions ( not always) in Naija only. She hasn't dressed out of Naija (except after wedding in this pic ): Just my observation...
