Kerry Washington Named World's Best Dressed Woman by People Magazine

Kerry Washington has over the past couple of years taken over as a style maven, especially after she became Olivia Pope on “Scandal”. Now, the actress has been named the world’s best-dressed woman by People magazine. In her cover of Flare Magazine, she says of her red carpet adventures,

"The red carpet is good marketing. When you work so hard, you should stand behind the project in a way that magnetizes people. So I, like a good, only-child student, studied fashion and decided I was going to play that game, and fell in love with it, and with the artists and designers." 

Kerry walked the runway at the New York Fashion Week for Heidi Klum's Project Runway, and one thing that has remained consistent is her demure, feminine style as noted by People Magazine.
