Ciara is reported not getting back with ex-fiance Future, but the interesting bit is that she's given him back her 15-carat emerald-cut engagement ring, said to be worth about $500,000. She stopped using the ring back in August after the break-up was first announced.
According to PageSix, friends of Ciara say she’s “definitely not getting back together” with the rapper, and is focused on being a mom to their son, Future Jr.
Future and Ciara were engaged to a lot of fanfare last October, when he gave her the large diamond ring on her birthday, click here to see. However, they split less than a year after that with rumors of him cheating.
So my question is, if you were Ciara, will you return the ring, especially if it was true that he cheated?
It is customary to return a ring once the engagement is broken. Nothing unusual there. Some people choose to hold on to theirs if they were not the partner to break the promise.Hopefully she can make a clean break from him and move on with her life.Thankfully, she has a career that is not dependent on him.
