My mouth hung open as I watched this video said to have been recorded just last year of Brother Donny Reagan of The Happy Valley Church of Jesus Christ in Tennessee. The preacher rails against interracial marriage and mixed race children using the examples of Black athletes wanting to marry white women. He ranted;
“Today we have so much fussing and stewing about this segregation of white and colored and everything. Why don’t they leave it alone? Let it be the way God made it. There is a move in the message, of blacks marrying whites, whites marrying blacks. And folks think that is alright."Obviously, the preacher doesn't. He goes on to warn the unmarried people in the congregation that if they have plans of an interracial marriage, he will not perform the wedding under any circumstances because he doesn’t want to anger his God.
“Let me tell you right up front, any of you young people–you want to marry a black man you girls, don’t ask me to do it. I will not. I refuse. I cannot do it with a conscience toward God and look these quotes in the face. You white brothers you find a black sister, you want to marry an African or whatevermore don’t ask Brother Donny.”
Citing Brother William Branham, a post WWII preacher who is considered a prophet by some Pentecostals, Reagan explained that race mixing is just wrong.
He said Branham did not oppose “race mixing” because it was the 60’s when”all that racial stuff was going on.” Brother Donny insisted that Branham was in opposition to the mixing of races because it is an affront to God.
To the “amens” of his congregation, Brother Reagan said,
“If God wanted a man brown, black, white, whatever color he wanted him, that God’s creation. That’s the way he wanted it.”
Are you thinking what I'm thinking? Just last year in this America? Watch the video below...
