When The Husband Gets To Choose The Wedding Color Theme - Expect the Unexpected

Posted in: ,

It is usually the bride who takes charge of most aspects of the wedding day, especially the color theme. Men who are interested pick up the logistics aspect. But sometimes, even men have their favorite colors and want to see it reflected on their wedding day.

That was exactly what happened with John Jones from South Wales and his wife Kelly Williams, as she and her family and friends planned their wedding. John, a carpenter, loves black and yellow which is the brand color of his favorite tools, so he suggested to his wife to allow them use black and yellow for their wedding theme, and she agreed.

There's really nothing wrong with using the color black for weddings, and combined with yellow, the colors are actually unique and can make the wedding party stand out!

What is also really interesting is their yellow and black wedding cake. The cake has miniatures of the groom in his black and yellow carpenter's uniform and the bride in white. Talk about showcasing your personality on your wedding day, which is as it should be.

Happy Married life to the couple!

Before You Take Photos With Your Smartphone, Turn off The Geo-Tagging

Posted in: , ,

Smartphone pictures could expose your privacy when you upload them online because they take along with them details about where they were taken and even the owner of the phone, their address, and more. So any pictures you've e-mailed or uploaded from your smartphone could actually threaten your safety or that of your family and friends if this information gets into the wrong hands.

Lekan and Kehinde Share Their Love Story and Engagement Photos

Posted in: , ,

RML in collaboration with FotosbyFola brings you the engagement photos and love story of Lekan and Kehinde in Atlanta. They met during a school program at their college and moved to Facebook before their relationship led to love.

RML wishes the couple the very best as they prepare for their marriage later this year. Lekan shares how they met;

Kehinde and I met at Emory when we were both in the MPH program at the Rollins School of Public Health. We met at an annual fall school program, the 2010 edition was termed “The Fall Fling”. Before “fall fling”, we had met each other once in passing at some friend’s event, we didn’t get to talk but I kept asking my friend about the girl that had the greatest smile I had ever seen. At “fall fling”, we danced with each other randomly – so it seemed, and she said her feet hurt because she had been dancing for a while, so we decided to sit for a bit. I asked her if she was on Facebook and we both laughed. Now, we both agree that that was lame, but it worked. I added her on Facebook and we started talking and exchanged numbers in the process. I guess we owe a lot to social media.
