Former Bachelor Contestant Gia Allemand Dead Following An Apparent Suicide Attempt

If you're a fan of the Bachelor series on ABC, you may remember Gia Allemand who was a contestant on Jake's season, she also appeared on Bachelor Pad the year after that. Gia did not hook up in any of those shows, but later started dating a basketball player. However, she still battled with personal issues and a couple of days ago, she attempted suicide. Gia was on life support for a couple of days but had just been reported dead today from "a serious emergency medical event."

The story goes on to say that Kenji developed intense feelings for a young female intern at the lab, and would hug her for hours or until deactivated.
