'Love & Hip Hop' star Yung Berg has been arrested for domestic violence after allegedly choking and assaulting a woman. The 30-year-old rapper/producer and reality TV actor was arrested for allegedly beating up his girlfriend and charged with “obstruction of breathing.”
TMZ reports that Yung Berg and the woman got in an argument at the Gershwin Hotel in New York City.
He allegedly hit her in the face, grabbed her by the neck, threw her to the floor, and dragged her by her hair.
Someone must have called 911 and the police who came say the woman had bruises and complained she was in pain.
They arrested him and he's now in custody.
VH1 network is yet to release a staement on the situation or say if they will take any disciplinary action against Yung Berg.
