Apparently ABC has chosen the person to be the Bachelor for the upcoming season! Chris Soules from Andi Dorfman's season has already signed a contract and is shooting preliminary clips in his Iowa hometown.
This leak is not from ABC but thanks to Reality Steve, who made the announcement on Twitter over the weekend.

According to reports,
Reality Steve mentioned on Twitter that he is not sure when ABC will make the official announcement. He is guessing it won’t be until September. He does say, “Any reports it's Nick or Arie aren't true.”
This is great news for fans who wanted to see sweet, hardworking Chris get his chance to find true love. He was sent home before getting a chance to enter a fantasy suite with “Bachelorette” Andi Dorfman. Chris has expressed his interest at finding love on the show, saying that he couldn't possibly meet that many wonderful women from the small community he is from.
The new season of “The Bachelor” will not begin airing on ABC until January. Production will begin filming all the dates within the next few months.
