#RIPRobinWilliams - President Obama, Kevin Spacey More Stars Pay Tributes

Robin Williams left behind four finished films that are due to hit cinemas over the next year. He reprised his role as Teddy Roosevelt in night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb and stars in the Christmas comedy Merry Friggn’ Christmas, due out in November.

He had also appeared in the drama Boulevard ad had provided the voice of Dennis the Dog in Absolutely Anything, due for release next year.

Kevin Spacey has paid an emotional tribute to Williams. The two men starred together in the 2009 film Shrink about a psychologist.

Robin Williams made the world laugh & think. I will remember & honor that. A great man, artist and friend. I will miss him beyond measure.

President Obama released a tribute via social media



Graham Norton, who had interviewed Williams on his BBC chat show, said: "Such sad news. My heart goes out to his family. The great Robin Williams."Jonathan Ross, who had also interviewed the actor, said: "Robin Williams is gone. I loved him. Incredibly talented performer. Wonderfully sweet and generous person. Heartbreaking news. So sad."What a devastating loss."

Austin Powers actor Verne Troyer said: “RIP Robin Williams. The best of the best. Sad. #RIP.”

Pop star Cher said: “Oh Robin. He was Sweet LOVELY, Man. He ran high voltage,Mind Always Going, It was who he was.I Know Well..Many X’s from High There is Only Low.So Sad.

“Cher: “Many of us, Actors,SingersWriters,Suffer from this Gift/ Curse in Disproportionate #’s Some Artists Feel this is Only way Out.”

Actor Steve Carrell said: “Steve Carrell said: “Robin Williams made the world a little bit better. RIP.”

Minnie Driver, who starred in Good Will Hunting with Robin Williams, said: “My Heart’s broken. Robin was a beautiful, kind soul. Can’t bear that he’s gone. So incredibly sorry for his family.”

Comedian Eddie Izzard said: “Robin Williams has died and I am very sad. From every comedian here at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, we salute him & we say goodbye.”

TV chat show host Jonathan Ross said: “Robin Williams is gone. I loved him. Incredibly talented performer. Wonderfully sweet and generous person. Heartbreaking news. So sad.”

Golf champ Rory McIlroy said: “RIP Robin Williams.... He brought joy to so many people all over the world, will be fondly remembered and sadly missed.”
